Lauren Franco
Lauren Franco is an NYU Alumni and actor/producer based in New York City, passionate about telling redemptive stories across film, television, and digital platforms. She currently works as an Associate Producer at Incline Studios, where she helps develop and produce narrative films rooted in adventure, hope, and emotional truth. She has worked to produce a number of short films, including her most recent project, Murk, an impact short that explores addiction, family dynamics, and the quiet resilience of a young girl as she navigates her father’s struggle with alcoholism. She also wrote, directed, and produced AIDEN, a short film currently in post-production, which marks her directorial debut. Lauren is currently writing the scripted digital series He Said, She Said, which she co-created and will star in, shooting in the fall. As an actor, Lauren is drawn to stories that feel intimate, human, and honest, often exploring themes of love, identity, and personal transformation.
Outside of film, Lauren is the founder of [gather], a nonprofit community that empowers women through conversation, leadership, and community. Whether producing or acting, her work is driven by a belief in storytelling as a powerful tool for connection, healing, and change.
