In 2005, co-founders John and Ed Priddy joined Will Stoller-Lee and Dr. Craig Detweiler, to explore the possibilities of an immersive educational experience at the Sundance Film Festival — with the idea that the Sundance Film Festival could provide a dynamic learning laboratory for students to engage in a cultural dialogue as it takes shape.

To that end, Windrider has grown to serve as a leadership forum, international short film showcase, producer, & content and resource provider to inspire people to create, view and discuss visual media that address life’s ultimate questions.
