Gill Richard

Boulder Project Coordinator, Windrider Summit

Gill Richard is a leadership coach and consultant with Leveraged Effect, where he helps leaders grow in self-awareness, build healthier teams, and lead with greater clarity and purpose. Gill also leads peer advisory groups for Christian business owners exploring the intersection of faith and work. He has a 40-year long history with Young Life, having served in a variety of volunteer roles before taking on his current role as Regional Board Chairman for the Front Range Region. Gill lives in the Boulder area and is helping with the logistics and planning for the next chapter of the Windrider Summit's relocation to Colorado.
