Windrider Summit Co-Founder Peggy Rupple and Mastermedia International CEO/President Dan Rupple will serve as hosts and provide pastoral care for the 2025 Windrider Fellowship, playing a pivotal role in guiding the program's vision and direction. Their leadership will provide invaluable support to the fellows and scholars, offering insights and expertise to foster growth, collaboration and success throughout the experience.
Peggy Rupple is a Co-founder and former producer of the Windrider Summit. Peggy served nine years as an adjunct and staff member at Biola University’s School of Cinema and Media Arts, was on the President’s Advisory Council for the School of Communication Arts at Asbury University and on the Board of Directors for Greenhouse Productions. Through Windrider, and alongside her husband Dan, Peggy continues to actively champion emerging filmmakers and encourage faith in the hearts of all those working within the entertainment field through MMI podcasts, personal support and industry gatherings held at MMI production hubs throughout the US and Canada. Married to Dan since 1978, they are devoted to their three children, their spouses, and their seven grandchildren. In 2023 at the Windrider Summit, Peggy received the Inaugural Founder’s Award and gained the title of Co-founder of the Windrider Summit, alongside John Priddy, Ed Priddy, Craig Detweiler and Will Stoller-Lee. This award recognized her invaluable work on the Summit which has shaped the vision of Windrider from its inception.
Dan Rupple is CEO and President of MMI with over 4 decades of media experience as a respected producer, writer and speaker. In his ten years as a supervisor at CBS Television, he oversaw some of the most iconic shows in American television history, including The Price Is Right, The Late Show with David Letterman and The Prime Time Emmy Awards. Dan served as head of programming and development for five internet TV companies and has been featured on NBC Nightly News, CNN, FOX News, The Washington Post, and more. Dan began his career as a founding member of the pioneering Christian comedy team Isaac Air Freight. He is an honored graduate of Biola University and, as an ordained minister, has served in various capacities in Christian pastoral ministry for over 40 years. Dan has been married to the love of his life Peggy, for over 40 years, and together they celebrate three married children and seven wonderful grandkids.
