Obreros Fellowship

Rev. Dr. Fernando Tamara is the Project Director and Executive Producer for the Obreros Initiative. He is responsible for project design; selection, management and training of advisors, fellows, and interns; selection of stories; theological fidelity of productions; executive production of films in partnership with Windrider Institute; and development of Hispanic distribution networks and audiences. Dr. Tamara is responsible for ensuring program activities and productions are a cultural, theological and practical fit with Hispanic communities, traditions and values.
